I recently stayed at this hotel in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the main shopping area. The location couldn't be better for exploring all that Goeteborg has to offer. The restaurant by the street was a delightful spot to enjoy a meal, with a lively atmosphere and tasty dishes prepared by a Michelin-chef. The bar had a wide selection of drinks and attentive staff.
One downside was the bathroom amenities. I couldn't understand why hotels insist on providing such a minuscule bar of soap in the first place.

We had a mishap with a neighboring club's smoke machine triggering a fire alarm at 4AM. the hotel addressed the issue promptly and ensured a comfortable, peaceful sleep the next night. The central location, cleanliness, and good breakfast made our stay enjoyable. I recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The reception was quick and efficient, with plenty of staff available. Our room was spacious, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, with the added bonus of being available until midday on Sundays. The location was great, great to explore the city easily.

This venue is superbly situated in the heart of the city on the buzzing Main Street, making it the ideal base for exploring. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed my stay, accommodating my early check-in request with ease. The rooms themselves are spacious, spotless and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including an electric kettle and a mini-bar. The breakfast buffet is abundant and delicious, offering something for everyone.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the city.

During my Christmas stay, I was delighted by the team was good and polite at the hotel. They were pretty good too ensure my comfort and satisfaction. the breakfast served each morning was delicious, offering a wide range of tasty options to choose from. The variety of food provided was excellent and I especially enjoyed the pancakes with cream and jam.
There were a few minor issues. there were no towels in my room upon arrival, a bit inconvenient.
